Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Selaras. ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Selaras. is an Engineering Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) that enables engineering firms to manage document registers, revisions, approvals, and transmittals. Access is provided on a subscription basis to authorised organisations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach. Each user account must correspond to a real individual within your organisation.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful engineering document management purposes. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the Service to store content unrelated to your engineering activities.

5. Data and Files

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. You grant Selaras. a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your documents except for support purposes with your explicit consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access is billed according to the plan agreed at onboarding. Continued access is contingent on payment. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

7. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 14 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selaras. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
