Selaras. is operated by PT. Jalma Luhur Elmu. We provide an engineering document management platform to engineering organisations. Questions about this policy can be directed to support@selaras.dev.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following data when you use the Service:

Account information: name, email address, organisation
Documents and files you upload to the platform
Usage data: page views, feature interactions, session timestamps
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers
Error and performance data via Sentry and Vercel Analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Service
Authenticate users and enforce access controls
Monitor service health and diagnose errors
Communicate with you about your account or the Service
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your engineering documents for any purpose other than delivering the Service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Neon PostgreSQL (Singapore region) and Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based controls enforced at the application layer.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors:

Vercel — hosting and serverless compute
Neon — PostgreSQL database
Cloudflare R2 — file storage
Sentry — error monitoring (anonymised where possible)
Vercel Analytics — aggregated usage analytics

Each processor is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination, during which you may request a data export. After this period, data is permanently deleted. Audit logs are retained for 2 years for compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@selaras.dev. We will respond within 14 business days.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
